Paul Lloyd is a testimony to the transforming power of Jesus Christ. In 1995 Paul was a heroin addict and violent criminal when a friend told him that Jesus was real and there was a way for Paul to be forgiven and be freed from his lifestyle and the guilt and pain that it caused by believing that Jesus was the Saviour of the world. Paul took him up on his offer and a journey of change and challenge began.

Today Paul is a husband, father and Senior Pastor of Victory Outreach Manchester church which has extensive ministry to Gang members and addicts. He is also an international conference speaker, author, church planter and Regional Pastor overseeing churches throughout the UK, and Europe.
